Office Refurbishment & Fitout

Workings closely through the D&C process with our Client A.W. Edwards Collard Maxwell Architects were able to deliver a superb contemporary office fitout without compromising on the original concept by others chosen by RMS.

On the way to completion we were faced with heritage, waterproofing and structural issues which have been resolved masterly within the project’s program. Modifications to fitout elements allowed our Client an on time completion. 


Forest Grove Apartments, Epping

CMA were called upon Cloverland Property Development to create a tailored interior design concept for their first boutique residential project in Epping. The result –  flowing contemporary & light-filled interiors combined with natural materials.

Elanora Country Club, Elanora Heights

Various alterations and additions to the 4,000m² Elanora Country Club, established in 1928. The scope of works included Development Application, base building works, coordination and residual design and documentation and delivery of interior design (original design by others), and construction phase design & construct services. The works touched different members’ lounges, kitchen, amenities, the roof, and an outdoor terrace, for a total estimated cost of $10M


Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills

Residential Refurbishment

A dated rental studio property has been transformed from an 80ies decor into a contemporary, fresh & inviting apartment. The design focused on maximising and opening the space and allowing light to flow throughout the apartment. Natural materials and simple colours define uses seamlessly.




21 Elamang Avenue, Kirribilli

Essential services upgrade + façade renovation to 11-storey residential tower on the waterfront in Kirribilli. Provision of full architectural services with early contractor involvement with Buildcorp Asset Solutions.

The project was awarded with the Master Builders Association NSW Excellence in Housing Award 2016.


 Atchison Street, St Leonards

16-storey mixed-use construction in St Leonards, for TWT and Richard Crookes Constructions. Provision of architectural services for completion of construction documentation and construction phase of a DA approved design.

The upgrade of Fort Street High School included construction of a new building for Administration, Staff facilities, General Learning areas and Music and Drama Workshops. CM+A completed design development and documentation based on a Department of Commerce design.

Master Planning


Proposal for the subdivision and rezoning of a large block of land in Round Corner, Dural, NSW. The proposal divides the 20,000m2 block into three distinct areas, commercial and retail area with a community centre and childcare, residential sub-division and public parkland as well as associated carparking. The proposal maximizes the views and natural light access available from the North West, and provides a significant amount of space for public activities in what council has identified as an important focal point for the local community
