CM+A worked for Parkview Constructions in the development of a 144-unit residential in Hornsby. Equipped with ground level commercial facilities, the development offers residents optimal convenience.

 

21 Elamang Avenue, Kirribilli

Essential services upgrade + façade renovation to 11-storey residential tower on the waterfront in Kirribilli. Provision of full architectural services with early contractor involvement with Buildcorp Asset Solutions.

The project was awarded with the Master Builders Association NSW Excellence in Housing Award 2016.

16-storey mixed-use construction in St Leonards, for TWT and Richard Crookes Constructions. Provision of architectural services for completion of construction documentation and construction phase of a DA approved design.
